INTERNATIONAL DELEGATION

ACHEMA tour approved for Market Development Assistance

The Ministry of MSME, New Delhi approved the proposal of FGI to extend support under International Co-operation Scheme for leading a business delegation of MSMEs to visit trade fair ACHEMA 2012 at Frankfurt, Germany during 18^th – 22^nd June 2012.

ACHEMA is the world forum of the process industry and the trend-setting technology summit for interaction and benefit of chemical engineering, environmental protection and biotechnology industry.

The delegation was led by FGI and it got the benefit of subsidy in the form of reimbursement of expenses incurred by them under the heads – Air Fare, local transport etc on submission of information and documents as required by the Ministry of MSME, GOI, New Delhi.

On behalf of FGI, Shri Ashok Patel, Past President headed the delegation. It was for the first time that the FGI undertook a tour under the International Co-operation Scheme of the government.

FGI Delegation to CPHI Madrid

CPHI worldwide (convention on Pharmaceutical Ingredients) is an important exhibition for pharmaceutical industry.

Today, CPHI is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical trade fairs bringing the world’s major suppliers and buyers of the global pharma and chemical industry together.

An application for assistance for MSMEs under the international Co-operation Scheme for participating in CPHI 2012 event in Madrid, Spain was made by the FGI to the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, New Delhi.

The FGI has received confirmation sanctioning the assistance under the scheme. Based on the financial assistance sanctioned, FGI will now take a group of approximately 20 members and one Office Bearers to visit this exhibition, known as CPHI worldwide – Convention on Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
